Medical Family Practice
AIM has Family Practice clinics across Canada. Our professional staff our committed to providing the best medical care available to their patients.
Appointments are necessary for your visit. If you must cancel your appointment please advise the receptionist 24 hours in advance to allow another patient an opportunity to see the doctor. Visits that are missed without notice will be charged a fee.
Most medical services are covered by OHIP in Ontario; however, there are some services for which you will be charged. If you are uncertain or have questions, check with the receptionist when you are booking your appointment as to whether or not the services are covered by OHIP.
All patients are required to provide their health card (OHIP card) each time they visit. If you do not have a valid OHIP card you will be asked to pay for your services when they are provided.
Medical Walk In
